The training module we offer here at Gethsemane is designed to give you the opportunity to get to know yourself better as an employee or leader, so that you can function more effectively within your company or organization. Our priority is your professional and personal development. Did you know that? Many leaders and employees suffer in silence because they have no one to share their job-related frustrations with. Much of this suffering stems from the fact that they take it all out on themselves. At Gethsémani Leadership Training & Consulting, we'll help you find the "clear direction" you need, and it'll be "without debate or conflict"; just a listening ear and the right tools and questions related to your role as a leader or employee.

We're convinced of one thing: your professional and personal fulfillment will depend in part on your development as an employee. Our sessions are not about psychology, but about sharing your frustrations at work with your colleagues.

The impact of training

At the end of this training course, you'll leave with the feeling of having been heard. Sharing your experience with someone is good for you. It feels good to have a sympathetic ear.
