Our vision
We want to see leaders who are happy and fulfilled in their responsibilities as boat captains!
Our mission
Our mission is to come aboard your ship, listen to you and support you through the storms.
Our motto
Leadership = Efficiency and Effectiveness for everyone's happiness! (E.E.B.T)
Our leadership model
We are inspired by all leadership models such as servant leadership, transformational leadership, agent leadership, but especially the Steward Leadership. "Stewardship means stewardship. This model sees every human being as a steward within the institution in which he or she works.
This model also stipulates that we are responsible for material goods that do not belong to us. All these goods belong to an owner who is not us. After all, life is a wheel that turns, and everyone who passes by leaves his or her mark - good or bad.
The good steward manages things as if they were his own, even though he knows they don't belong to him. He will be responsible, meticulous and attentive, so that at the end of his mission, the owner is happy and says to him: "good and faithful 'steward', come and let's celebrate together."
Steward leadership encompasses all the other leadership models, because a good steward is helpful, transformative, acts as an agent for the owner of the property he manages and does everything for the owner's happiness.
Any leader who recognizes himself in this model can only rejoice the members of his Board of Directors (BOD), the members of his Executive Committee and the employees and followers he leads.
Believing leaders need to be aware that nothing in this world belongs to human beings:
"O LORD our God, from your hand come all these riches, which we have prepared to build you a house, for you, for your holy name, and to you belongs everything" (1 Chronicles 29:16).
We all come with nothing, and we all leave with nothing:
All the inhabitants of the earth are nothing in his sight: He does as he pleases with the host of heaven and with the inhabitants of the earth, and there is no one who resists his hand and says to him, What are you doing? (Daniel 4:35).
